The condo
Renovated fall 2026
Click in at your door. Four O’Clock, Breckenridge’s longest run at 3.5 miles, passes right by this freshly renovated condo at Tyra Summit. In the morning, ski or walk down to the Snowflake lift and ride up Peak 8. At the end of the day, ski Four O’Clock home.
Soak in the shared hot tub across the street, then settle onto the private deck. In summer the snow gives way to trails: a freeride bike park sits a few hundred yards away, and Sawmill Creek trails start right out the back.

Feel good at 9,600 feet
- Ever had a headache from the altitude, or not slept well your first night?
- Spent $30 on canned oxygen at the store that gives you a few deep breaths?
- Paid to sit at an oxygen bar in town?
Well, we have the exact same medical-grade oxygen concentrator right in the condo. Use it while you relax or sleep and let your body catch up to the altitude.
Ask us about using it when you book.
Also: drink more water than you think you need, go easy on alcohol the first night, and plan a mellow first day. If you have a heart or lung condition, check with your doctor before your trip.
Your hosts are locals
We’re locals who live here and love it! One of us is a full-time local and a Realtor in Breck and across Summit County, so we know this area better than anyone.
Ask us for a dinner spot, a powder-day plan, or our favorite hike. Call or text any time.
Heading to the Front Range too? We also have a short-term rental up Lookout Mountain in Golden. Just ask.
Good to know
Is it really ski-in, ski-out?
Yes. Four O’Clock passes right by the condo, so you ski home on it. To head up, ski or walk a short way down to the Snowflake lift, which takes you to Peak 8. Early and late in the season this depends on Peak 8 and Four O’Clock being open.
How many people does it sleep?
Up to six: two on the king, two on the queen sleeper sofa, and two on a raised air mattress set up on request.
Do I need a car?
No. Park your car and don’t drive again: ski in and out, walk to town in ten minutes, walk to trailheads, and take the free bus. You’ll want one for other resorts or Lake Dillon. There’s one parking spot per stay.
What about the altitude?
The condo sits around 9,600 feet. Drink lots of water, go easy the first day, and use the medical-grade oxygen concentrator at the condo.
Is it good for families?
Yes. There’s a pack ’n play, booster seat, white noise machine and socket covers, and it sleeps six.
